Is Zokal a Registered Training Organisation?+

Yes. Zokal Safety Training is RTO 91267, delivering nationally accredited training aligned with Australian WHS legislation.

Where are courses delivered?+

Public courses run at Zokal's purpose-built simulation facility in Newcastle, NSW. We also deliver on-site with our mobile training trailer Australia-wide.

How do I book a course?+

Use the annual training calendar to book a public course, or contact us for on-site delivery at your workplace.

What should I bring to a course?+

Photo ID, appropriate PPE (steel cap boots, long sleeves and pants) and any pre-course reading provided in your confirmation. Full details are in the Student Handbook.

Are prerequisites required?+

Some courses have prerequisites — for example, a valid CPR certificate is required for LVR. Prerequisites are listed on each course page and in the handbook.

Do you offer refresher training?+

Yes — most safety competencies require periodic refresher training. Contact Zokal for a refresher pathway tailored to your team.

Can we get invoiced?+

Approved corporate clients can be invoiced directly. Individuals pay at the time of booking.

Are your qualifications recognised nationally?+

Yes — all Zokal accredited courses issue nationally recognised Statements of Attainment under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
