Refresher — Tower Rescue (ESI)

Annual refresher for tower rescue in transmission, distribution and rail applications, plus CPR competency.

National Units of Competency

Codes verifiable on the national training.gov.au register.

For ESI tower workers on networks that mandate annual tower rescue revalidation.

Combines rescue skill revalidation with CPR currency.

Duration: 1 day (approx. 8 hours).
Class size: Maximum 8 students per class.
Prerequisites: Prior tower rescue qualification within a reasonable currency period.
Equipment: All training materials and PPE supplied by Zokal Safety Training. Includes tower rescue kit and lowering systems.
Assessment: Continuous assessment across theory and practical components. Written knowledge questions plus supervised practical demonstration against the national performance criteria.
Recognition: Nationally recognised Statement of Attainment issued under RTO 91267 on successful completion. Annual recertification required by many ESI networks.
