What courses does Zokal offer?+

We deliver a comprehensive range of workplace safety and emergency response training including confined space entry and rescue, working at heights, EWP operation, fire fighting and warden training, first aid and CPR, emergency response (ERT), rail corridor access, electrical safety (LV/HV) and WHS compliance courses.

Where are your courses delivered?+

Public courses run at our purpose-built training facility in Sandgate, NSW. We also provide on-site training Australia-wide using our mobile training centre and experienced trainers.

Do I need any prerequisites to attend a course?+

Most courses do not require formal prerequisites, but participants must be physically capable of performing practical tasks (e.g. climbing, lifting or working at height). Some courses like LVR require a valid CPR certificate. Prerequisites are listed on each course page and in the Student Handbook.

How long are Zokal's certificates valid?+

Validity depends on the course. Examples: CPR (HLTAID009) — 12 months. First Aid (HLTAID011) — 3 years. Working at Heights and Confined Space — typically 2 years (best practice). High Risk Work Licences (EWP, Rigging) — 5 years.

Do you offer refresher training?+

Yes. We offer refreshers for most safety competencies including working at heights, confined space, first aid and CPR, EWP operation and emergency response. Refreshers are recommended in line with best practice or WHS requirements.

Can Zokal deliver training on-site at our workplace?+

Absolutely. Our mobile training centre and experienced trainers can travel to your site anywhere in Australia. On-site training is ideal for group bookings, contextualised risk scenarios and minimising staff downtime.

How much does training cost?+
