Before you enrol
Everything you need to check before booking a nationally accredited course with Zokal Safety Training (RTO 91267).

Check the course is right for you
Every course page lists the units of competency, duration, prerequisites and the workplace tasks the qualification covers. Read it carefully — if you are unsure, call our training team and we will match you to the right course.

What you need on the day
- Photo identification (driver licence, passport or proof of age card)
- Your Unique Student Identifier (USI)
- Safety boots, long sleeves and long trousers
- Any employer-supplied PPE relevant to your role

Language, literacy and numeracy
Training and assessment are delivered in English. You will need to read workplace documents, complete written assessment and follow verbal instructions. Tell us early if you need support — reasonable adjustment is available.

Fees, refunds and your rights
- Course fees and payment options are published before you enrol
- Our refund and cancellation terms apply from the moment you book
- You are protected by our complaints and appeals process
