Application and relevance
For operators of vertical, scissor and self-propelled boom lifts under 11 m boom length.
Also covers trailer- and truck-mounted booms in the same class.
Course details
- Duration
- 1 day (approx. 8 hours).
- Class size
- Maximum 8 students per class.
- Prerequisites
- No prerequisites.
- Equipment
- All training materials and PPE supplied by Zokal Safety Training. Includes scissor and boom lift access at the Newcastle facility.
- Assessment
- Continuous assessment across theory and practical components. Written knowledge questions plus supervised practical demonstration against the national performance criteria.
- Recognition
- Nationally recognised Statement of Attainment issued under RTO 91267 on successful completion. Includes EWPA Yellow Card issuance on successful completion.
