LVR (Low Voltage Rescue) + CPR
Perform a rescue from live low voltage electrical apparatus in an ESI environment, combined with CPR.

Application and relevance
For workers exposed to live LV electrical apparatus who may be first-responders to an electrical incident.
Combines LVR rescue with CPR — the two competencies most sites require together.
Course details
- Duration
- Approximately 4 hours (½ day).
- Class size
- Maximum 12 students per class.
- Prerequisites
- No formal prerequisites. Annual recertification is standard in the ESI.
- Equipment
- All training materials and PPE supplied by Zokal Safety Training. Includes LV panel rescue kit and CPR manikins with AED.
- Assessment
- Continuous assessment across theory and practical components. Written knowledge questions plus supervised practical demonstration against the national performance criteria.
- Recognition
- Nationally recognised Statement of Attainment issued under RTO 91267 on successful completion. Requires annual recertification for ESI authorisation.
