Annual refresher covering tower rescue procedures as a workplace emergency response.

National Units of Competency

Codes verifiable on the national training.gov.au register.

For tower workers on sites that mandate annual tower rescue revalidation.

Focuses on equipment inspection, rigging checks and full rescue scenarios.

Duration: 1 day (approx. 8 hours).
Class size: Maximum 8 students per class.
Prerequisites: Prior tower rescue qualification within a reasonable currency period.
Equipment: All training materials and PPE supplied by Zokal Safety Training. Includes tower rescue kit and lowering systems.
Assessment: Continuous assessment across theory and practical components. Written knowledge questions plus supervised practical demonstration against the national performance criteria.
Recognition: Nationally recognised Statement of Attainment issued under RTO 91267 on successful completion.
