Course details
- Duration
- Approximately 4 hours (½ day).
- Class size
- Maximum 16 students per class.
- Prerequisites
- Prior fire warden training is recommended.
- Equipment
- All training materials and PPE supplied by Zokal Safety Training.
- Assessment
- Continuous assessment across theory and practical components. Written knowledge questions plus supervised practical demonstration against the national performance criteria.
- Recognition
- Nationally recognised Statement of Attainment issued under RTO 91267 on successful completion.

- Prioritise occupant safety and evacuation
- Coordinate wardens, emergency services and communications
- Debrief and report following the incident
