Course details

Duration
Approximately 4 hours (½ day).
Class size
Maximum 12 students per class.
Prerequisites
No formal prerequisites; existing electrical workers in an ESI role.
Equipment
All training materials and PPE supplied by Zokal Safety Training. Includes ESI-specific casualty management scenarios.
Assessment
Continuous assessment across theory and practical components. Written knowledge questions plus supervised practical demonstration against the national performance criteria.
Recognition
Nationally recognised Statement of Attainment issued under RTO 91267 on successful completion. Requires annual recertification to maintain ESI authorisation.
