What you keep for the audit file
Servicing without records is not compliance. Every item leaves our lab with its own history.
- Certificate of inspection and service per asset
- Barcoded asset register with due dates and location
- Test data and pass/fail results retained against the serial number
- Condemnation records for equipment removed from service
